Disabling a Call Route

Proper way to disable a call route without deleting it from your routing table.

The script to disable a route will be preinstalled on all Route Scripts generated on Tmedia Version 3.3.6.68 of later, using base_routing.rb version 1.43 or later.

First navigate to the routing table at Gateway > Routes and click Create New Route Column.

Add a new Route Column named exactly disabledwith a type of boolean .

Leave the box unchecked or else all existing routes will be disabled automatically.

Return to the Routing Table and click on a Route you wish to disable.

Checked = Unusable | Unchecked = Usable

Check the box, save the route, and Activate your Configuration
