Once you have completed the setup steps, provide the following information to TelcoBridges Support to activate MaaS for your network.
Required Information Per Unit
For each ProSBC or TMG unit to be monitored, provide:
Visible Name
Friendly identifier for this unit (e.g., "NYC-Gateway-01")
IP Address
Public or accessible IP address for API connectivity
Port
API access port number
Protocol
https or http
Username
Read-only Web GUI account username
Password
Read-only Web GUI account password
Product Type
SBC or TMG
HA Deployment
Yes or No (if Yes, ensure floating IP is configured)
Example
Visible Name: Toronto-ProSBC-Primary
IP Address: 203.0.113.45
Port: 8443
Protocol: https
Username: maas_monitor

HA Deployment: YesAdditional Access Requirements
Single Public IP A single public IP can be used to monitor numerous devices as long as they each use a different TCP Port
Static IP Whitelisting If your security policy requires whitelisting source IP addresses, TelcoBridges can provide a static IP for MaaS connectivity. Please note this in your provisioning request.
VPN or On-Premises Deployment If your organization requires MaaS to connect via VPN or needs an on-premises monitoring solution, please contact TelcoBridges Sales to discuss alternative deployment options.
What Happens Next?
TelcoBridges Support will configure your MaaS environment and provision user accounts. You will receive login credentials and access instructions once setup is complete—typically within one business day.
